As a Junior HR & Office Manager (m/w/d), you will actively shape our culture, enhance our office environment, and streamline key HR processes to foster a workplace where our team can excel every day.
Employee Experience & Culture: You will be a trusted point of contact for our employees, actively promoting a positive company culture with measurable impact on our employee net promoter score (eNPS).
Office & Feelgood Management: You will be responsible for ensuring a state-of-the-art office experience—from space organization to procurement and initiatives that support our hybrid culture.
Event Management: You will plan and organize company events from start to finish, ensuring an outstanding experience for all participants.
HR Administration & Infrastructure: You will ensure seamless equipment provision, optimize processes related to tools and employee benefits, manage contracts, and maintain our digital employee records.
On- & Offboarding: You will facilitate smooth and respectful onboarding and offboarding processes—from preparing for the first day to conducting check-ins and structured exit processes.
Recruiting Support: You will assist in talent acquisition as needed, participating in interviews and supporting student interns and working student roles.
