About the job
We are seeking a motivated intern to join our HRIS division in Paris, where you will have the chance to assist clients with their Human Resource Information System (HRIS). You will play a vital role in enhancing performance and processes, as well as in the deployment and maintenance of various solutions.
Guided by an experienced consultant, you will engage in a variety of tasks across different missions, including:
Project Management Tasks (MOE):
- Facilitating design workshops focused on HR processes
- Assisting in the drafting of functional specifications
- Configuring solutions and conducting related tests
- Delivering final products to clients
- Analyzing and resolving incidents
Client Support Tasks (AMOA):
- Gathering and understanding client needs
- Helping with the preparation and facilitation of HR workshops
- Assisting in the design and execution of functional testing
- Creating training materials and user guides
- Providing functional support and assistance
Project Coordination:
- Contributing to the organization and facilitation of operational meetings
- Participating in project coordination efforts
- Drafting and producing various deliverables (meeting minutes, specifications, reports, etc.)
Change Management:
- As part of your responsibilities, you will also be introduced to transitional management and key concepts essential for success.
Software Utilized:
You may work with various HRIS tools related to Time Management, Payroll, or Talent Management, including:
- eTemptation [Horoquartz], Chronos [Asys], Kelio [Kelio, formerly Bodet Software]…
- SAP SF (SuccessFactors), Talentsoft, Workday, Cornerstone (LMS), Oracle HCM…
- HR ACCESS, SAGE, CEGID, ADP (Decidium or Link), SAP, Silae …
- And other tools as necessary…
