- Manage project tasks and assist with various ad-hoc projects, including coordination, tracking, and scheduling.
- Create comprehensive project documentation including scope, objectives, requirements, schedules, and status reports.
- Develop and present reports and charts to keep leadership and stakeholders informed of project progress.
- Draft effective communications for various stakeholders.
- For designated Infrastructure projects, establish and document project scope, requirements, deliverables, and prepare high-level project plans.
- Organize and lead project meetings throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment on short-term tactical and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes to stakeholders promptly.
- Regularly provide project status reports to stakeholders, including executive sponsors, tailored to project phase and needs.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure management and finance teams to create and manage project budgets and procure necessary Infrastructure assets.
- Oversee milestones, schedules, project cost tracking, and monitor design, development, and testing phases, while also documenting and managing issues and risks.
- Work closely with vendors, contracts, and internal IT teams to define project scope and technical requirements, providing high-level estimates accordingly.
- Ensure project timelines are adhered to and deadlines are met.
