To strengthen our IT team, we are seeking a Junior IT Support Technician with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on problem-solving.
The candidate will assist users in managing daily technical issues, providing support on IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to users (IT Support / Service Desk)
- Manage tickets and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Assist with Windows and macOS operating systems
- Support Microsoft 365 / Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Manage users and groups within Active Directory
- Provide basic network configuration support (IP, DNS, DHCP)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent IT training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum experience in IT (3 - 6 months is acceptable)
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts
