What You Will Do:
As a Junior Linguistics Expert, you will play a vital role in training AI models by shaping their ability to understand and generate human-like text. This role goes beyond traditional writing; you will be crafting text that enhances AI reasoning, logic, accuracy, nuance, and clarity.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Creating original, clear, and fact-checked responses based on specific project guidelines.
- Generating prompts to challenge and refine AI capabilities.
- Defining detailed scoring criteria to assess the accuracy of AI responses.
- Adhering to style and quality standards to maintain consistency across outputs.
Who We Are Looking For:
This role is ideal for individuals seeking part-time, non-permanent projects. The perfect candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, Translation Studies, Literature, or a related field, ensuring a robust understanding of grammar and stylistics.
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Linguistics, Research in Computational Linguistics, Translation Projects, etc., with strong analytical skills and proficiency in English text.
- Exceptional written English skills (C1/C2 level).
- A reliable internet connection.

Project Expectations:
During active phases, tasks are estimated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week, based on project needs. Please note this is an estimate and not a guaranteed workload.
Compensation:
Contributors can earn up to $30 per hour, depending on their expertise and contribution speed. Compensation may vary across different projects based on scope, complexity, and required skills.
