Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Conduct research and outreach to generate and qualify leads through data-driven marketing efforts.Create and manage compelling content across LinkedIn and other social platforms.Assist in developing marketing assets such as case studies, newsletters, and campaign materials.Design engaging creatives including social media posts, email banners, and infographics using design tools like Canva or Adobe Express.Execute and monitor email marketing campaigns, including list building, template creation, and performance tracking.Maintain and update CRM systems, track lead pipelines, and prepare reports on campaign performance.Work collaboratively with sales and internal teams to align messaging and support campaigns, events, and webinars.Stay updated on digital marketing trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing roles.Strong writing and content creation skills focused on B2B communication.Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media marketing strategies.Experience with CRM and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce) is a plus.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret campaign performance.Proactive attitude with a desire to learn, experiment, and grow within marketing functions.
