Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development, maintenance, and updating of playbooks, workflows, and operational materials.
- Assisting in the mapping and updating of customer service and back-office processes, following guidance from management.
- Creating and updating support materials for execution teams (checklists, guides, templates, and communications).
- Facilitating alignment and communication of processes with partner areas.
- Assisting with operational demands related to products and new launches, ensuring proper implementation for operations.
- Executing and maintaining simple automations in HubSpot (sending messages, creating tasks, and basic workflows).
- Supporting the monitoring of operational metrics and onboarding stages, helping identify bottlenecks.
- Assisting in the creation and updating of operational dashboards.
- Ensuring the organization, consistency, and reliability of operational data.
- Supporting interfaces with planning, performance, and engagement teams as directed.
