About the job
In your daily activities, you will:
- Develop and monitor quality and operational performance indicators;
- Respond to customer complaints;
- Manage operational failures and non-conformities;
- Identify opportunities and implement process improvements;
- Standardize operational workflows and routines;
- Provide operational support to junior team members;
- Oversee operations with external partners, including hiring, organizing demands, training, and monitoring deliveries.
To participate in our process, you need to have:
- A degree in progress or completed;
- Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite or Google Workspace;
- Experience in operational routines with recurring demands and deadlines;
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous demands.
Differentials:
- Knowledge of quality tools;
- Basic understanding of Generative AI;
- Basic knowledge of CMS and LMS platforms;
- Ability to create automation scripts.
