The Role
As a Junior Payment Operations Officer, you will be essential in facilitating our clients’ funding processes. You will collaborate with the Payment Operations team to handle daily payment tasks, client communications, AML checks, reconciliation activities, and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Money Operations: Timely allocation of daily funding methods, processing same-day withdrawals, liaising with banks and payment providers, and responding to client inquiries via Salesforce.
- Compliance, Fraud & AML: Monitor transactions for AML compliance, perform withdrawal checks, escalate suspected fraud cases, and manage chargeback disputes.
- Stakeholder Communications: Manage internal banking inboxes, respond to client queries within SLA, and support the Finance team with reconciliation requests.
- Reconciliation Support: Prepare daily reconciliation sheets, verify deposit accuracy, and process cash adjustments.
- Additional Duties: Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, update knowledge base documentation, troubleshoot PSP issues, and ensure timely task completion.
