Join Gerresheimer as a Junior Process Engineer and play a vital role in enhancing the production of syringes, vials, and cartridges. Collaborate closely with senior engineers, production teams, and various departments to drive process optimization and improvement initiatives.
Assist in analyzing process rejects, machine downtimes, and product defects.
Help identify root causes and recommend actionable improvement measures.
Engage in the implementation of process optimization strategies during ongoing production cycles.
Support activities involving equipment sampling, testing, and data collection.
Participate in tests aimed at reducing cycle time, enhancing function, and optimizing quality.
Contribute to the introduction and refinement of production processes under supervision.
Assist in preparing FMEA, test plans, reports, and other technical documentation.
Be involved in change control procedures for technical or product modifications.
Support investment and industrialization projects.
Assist in the commissioning and qualification of equipment and processes.
Contribute to product development activities and process validation efforts.
Draft technical documents such as work instructions, technical notes, and training materials.
Support the handling of complaints and perform root cause analysis.
Participate in requalification activities for production facilities.
Provide technical support to production teams.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, including CIP and SCRAP reduction efforts.
