The Role
As a vital member of our Customer Analytics team within the Digital division, the Junior Product Analyst will collaborate closely with the Digital Product, UX, Optimisation, and Experimentation teams to evaluate, comprehend, and enhance the effectiveness of our digital experiences across the organization.
This role presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals at the beginning of their analytics career to cultivate robust product and digital analytics competencies while working alongside seasoned analysts and a diverse array of stakeholders in a dynamic eCommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and upkeep of dashboards that enable product teams to gain insights into performance, user behavior, and significant drop-off points within the customer journey.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and in-depth investigations to uncover opportunities for boosting conversion rates, engagement, and customer satisfaction across our websites and applications.
- Support the Experimentation team by analyzing A/B tests, ensuring that the outcomes are clearly communicated and actionable insights are shared with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Optimisation and Personalisation teams to assess the impact of new features, experiences, and personalized content on various customer segments.
- Learn and implement best practices in measurement across product, UX, testing, and analytics, guided by the Senior Product Analyst.
- Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders by responding to analytical requests and conveying insights effectively.
