We are seeking a dedicated Junior Quality Analyst to join our squads, ensuring the excellence of chatbots and digital journeys. You will be responsible for mapping end-to-end scenarios, executing both manual and automated tests, and generating metrics for continuous improvement of our deliverables.

Your challenges to make a difference in this team
- Communicate the quality vision to the team;
- Map and create end-to-end test scenarios;
- Execute tests for chatbots (user interface, APIs, events, etc.);
- Execute tests for Digital Journeys (Email triggers, SMS, Documents, etc.);
- Create test automation projects;
- Provide metrics through bug analysis reports;
- Ensure business rules are being followed;
- Generate test evidence;
- Create test documentation for validation.
