As a Junior Quality Analyst at SGS, you will play a crucial role in upholding the principles of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) within our unit through rigorous field inspections, laboratory evaluations, and documentation assessments. You will also manage systematic procedures and archiving of studies, while ensuring adherence to the company's health, safety, and environmental values.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting inspections to ensure studies comply with GLP principles, and preparing audit reports for responsible parties.
- Managing documentation related to audit reports, quality program attachments, procedures, forms, and archived documents.
- Performing critical stage inspections in both field and laboratory settings.
- Assisting the supervisory role during external audits (clients, CGCRE-INMETRO) and MAPA inspections.
- Archiving all documents generated within the GLP system.
- Delivering training, managing training matrices, and maintaining training records.
- Controlling equipment management, including budget requests, calibration submissions, and certificate approvals.
