We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to enhance our recruiting operations with a focus on University and Early Career hiring initiatives. This position is ideal for an individual who excels in structured environments, enjoys collaborating with highly technical teams, and is eager to learn and develop in a specialized field.
The role will involve occasional travel to engage with universities, attend career fairs, and participate in early-career recruiting events that align with Rigetti's technical hiring objectives.
Position Overview
This position emphasizes dependable execution, operational excellence, and professional growth. You will work under the mentorship of senior recruiters and organizational leaders while independently managing defined recruiting tasks and processes, with the opportunity for expanded responsibilities over time. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a growing understanding of Rigetti’s technical domains will be essential for success.
Initially, this role will involve hands-on support for scheduling, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management, and recruiting coordination. As you gain experience, you will take on greater responsibilities within our University and Early Career recruiting programs, including internships and new graduate hires in alignment with Rigetti’s long-term talent strategy. As you progress, there will be an expectation to develop foundational sourcing skills, contributing to candidate identification, outreach, and pipeline development for technical positions.
