Qualifications
A detail-oriented, analytical, and methodical approach to investigations.Experience with SQL Server 2019, GCP, and BigQuery.Familiarity with AI tools.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to convey information about data discrepancies to both technical and non-technical audiences.Adept at managing multiple workstreams, comfortable with frequent context switching, and able to recall information swiftly and accurately.Proven ability to meet deadlines and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) for task completion or escalation.A passion for investigation and a keen ability to swiftly identify root causes, with a drive to enhance efficiencies through process improvements.A strong academic foundation including a minimum 2.1 Hons degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

As a Junior Regulatory Data SQL Support Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, performance, and timeliness of regulatory reporting as part of our ongoing business operations.
The Regulatory Data Support team is vital in maintaining global regulatory compliance for our operations, acting as the first point of contact for compliance and financial matters raised by regulatory bodies around the world.
Your role will involve investigating and resolving regulatory inquiries by analyzing diverse datasets, including customer accounts, betting slips, and financial transactions while ensuring that our regulatory reporting and submissions meet all necessary requirements.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders will be key as you implement corrective actions and maintain a proactive compliance stance.
