Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a Product-Minded Junior Research Infrastructure Engineer to enhance our dynamic team. This role follows a '70/30' distribution, with 70% of your time dedicated to backend and infrastructure, tackling complex distributed systems, and the remaining 30% focused on building intuitive internal tools that enhance our platform's capabilities for researchers. You will be responsible for designing, building, and operating distributed data systems that facilitate large-scale ingestion, processing, and transformation of datasets essential for AI model training.
This position is highly versatile: you'll oversee end-to-end pipelines, ensure data quality and scalability, and work closely with ML researchers to prepare diverse datasets for state-of-the-art model training. You will thrive in our fast-paced startup environment, where problem-solving, adaptability, and versatility are paramount.
