As a Junior Service Delivery Manager, you will take charge of the daily management of outsourced IT services. You will closely monitor whether suppliers adhere to agreements and ensure that the services provided meet the established standards. You will embody ownership, focus on solutions, and persevere until results are achieved.
You will work at the intersection of business, IT, and suppliers. With an eye on shared goals, you will connect interests and collaborate to ensure stable IT services, clear communication, and demonstrable quality. You will maintain a broad perspective while keeping a firm grip on the details of execution.
We are looking for two Junior Service Delivery Managers for our team.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Leading the daily delivery of outsourced IT services
Monitoring agreements such as SLAs and KPIs
Coordinating incidents and changes
Aligning with business, IT, and suppliers
Determining and documenting whether services have been delivered as agreed
You will be part of the Data, Technology, and Innovation department, working closely with the Service Delivery Manager and other IT specialists. Within the team, you will share knowledge, learn from one another, and actively contribute to the further professionalization of the services provided. Hierarchically, you will report to the Manager of IT Delivery and Vendor Performance.
