Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a team of IT engineers to deliver desktop support to corporate users;
- Install and maintain desktop infrastructure and software;
- Provide technical assistance to corporate users;
- Oversee and manage desktop security;
- Work closely with the corporate IT team for the deployment of new IT services.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of desktop hardware and MS Windows;
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with desktop and laptop hardware;
- Familiarity with Windows Server Management and Virtualization is a plus;
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
