Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Junior SOC Analyst (L1 and L2) to join our cybersecurity team. In this entry-level position, you will be instrumental in monitoring security threats and responding to potential incidents, thereby contributing to the safety and integrity of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor security alerts from SIEM tools, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions.
- Conduct investigations and triage security incidents, escalating as required to L2 and L3 analysts.
- Analyze logs to identify anomalies and potential security breaches.
- Assist with vulnerability scanning and perform comprehensive security assessments.
- Document incidents, findings, and recommendations clearly in security reports.
- Work collaboratively with senior SOC analysts to improve threat detection and response strategies.
- Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and trends.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of security awareness training for employees.
