In the past year, we experienced remarkable growth, facilitating nearly £3bn worth of vehicle purchases through our platform and listing £1.8bn of cars for sale via our Sell My Car service.
In a bold move, we acquired Autovia in 2024, the creators of renowned publications like AutoExpress and Evo magazines, effectively doubling our audience in a single stroke. Together, we boast one of the largest YouTube channels globally, with close to 10 million subscribers and over 1.1 billion views annually. Our magazines sell 1.2 million print copies, alongside an impressive web content reach exceeding 350 million per year.

Your Role
In the position of Junior Talent Partner, you will take charge of our Operations and Sales teams across Portugal and the UK. You will collaborate closely with the Leadership Team to develop and implement effective hiring strategies, while actively promoting our brand within the industry.
We aspire to deepen our community engagement and solidify our status as a preferred technology employer across Europe. This involves hosting and participating in meetups, significantly enhancing our employer branding, and much more!
You will lead this initiative and cultivate business partnerships, establishing trustworthy relationships and adopting a consultative approach. Your data-driven insights will guide decision-making and foster a culture of transparency between the Talent team and the broader organization.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with Hiring Managers to build high-trust relationships.
Execute Hiring Strategy - Implement the Operations and Sales hiring strategy, ensuring a continuous improvement in the quality of hires.
ATS Mastery - Go beyond maintaining an organized ATS; discover innovative ways to maximize the potential of one of the top ATS platforms available today.
Hiring Excellence - Become a subject matter expert and elevate the capabilities of your peers. Encourage hiring discipline, enhance interview strategies, onboard new hiring managers, and champion our tools across your teams.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion - Advocate for DEI initiatives to foster a more inclusive workplace.
