As the primary point of contact, you will provide solutions that enable optimal utilization of our marketing automation platform, Deployteq, while helping to foster strong relationships with our clients.
This role presents daily challenges that you will adeptly navigate, with exciting opportunities for problem-solving every day!
Your Responsibilities:
Alongside your colleagues, you will create a welcoming and approachable first-line Support Desk for the end-users of our platform. You will work directly with clients such as Transavia, Greetz, Kleertjes.com, and Eneco to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure they receive comprehensive assistance.
Key Tasks:
- Promptly receive, log, analyze, and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Advise clients on the best configuration practices for their platform.
- Ensure timely updates to customers and keep them informed about the progress of their queries.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Development and Campaign Services, to resolve issues swiftly.
- Effectively utilize various reporting systems and apply insights from data analysis to your problem-solving efforts.
