- Collaborate with the Business Development Team to formulate growth strategies for offline and online channels aimed at merchant acquisition.
- Lead comprehensive business development initiatives by identifying potential collaboration areas, crafting partnership strategies, and ensuring optimal delivery of strategic commitments.
- Create insightful reports to assess performance across various partnership agreements and continuously refine the upselling process with Payment Gateway and EDC Partners.
- Maintain up-to-date Partnerships Trackers and manage weekly partnership key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with various teams to foster collaboration and engagement.
- Manage daily interactions and relationships with third-party Payment Gateway and EDC partners.
