With a focus on driving revenue growth, you will foster strong executive-level relationships and promote account expansion through collaboration, strategic insight, and effective teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, managing and expanding vital relationships.
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve annual revenue targets ranging from USD 3–5 million.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling that align with client needs.
Work closely with Delivery Directors, project managers, and technical teams to ensure satisfaction and strategic alignment.
Serve as the primary escalation contact, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and perform regular client check-ins.
Stay abreast of market trends and provide valuable insights to clients and InApp leadership.
Negotiate contract renewals and commercial terms effectively.
Report account performance, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance the company's presence within client organizations.
