Key Account Director Funds DACH - Ebury Institutional
Ebury Luxembourg - Office based
As the Key Account Director Funds - DACH, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and nurturing Ebury’s Institutional client base within the DACH region. Your focus will be on enhancing the Ebury Institutional brand through direct sales efforts, attending events, and networking within the private market sector. You will work to increase our market share by collaborating with Fund Administrators, Fund Formation Lawyers, and Corporate Service Providers within this space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies to attract new institutional clients while expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Build and sustain robust relationships with institutional clients and the broader fund ecosystem (including fund administrators, corporate service providers, and law firms), gaining insights into their investment goals, risk profiles, and foreign exchange needs.
- Conduct market research to identify and engage potential institutional clients who require cross-border payment solutions and foreign exchange services.
- Establish trust and credibility with clients through effective networking and by presenting comprehensive solutions tailored to their international payment and forex needs.
- Remain informed about industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes impacting the institutional FX landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as FX dealing and operations, to ensure clients receive seamless service delivery.
- Utilize Ebury's global presence to provide truly international service to our clients.
Qualifications:
- A proven track record in sales management within FX or cross-border financial services targeted at institutional clients in the DACH region.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex client needs.
