As a vital member of our Commercial team, your primary objective will be to manage and enhance strategic accounts using a consultative approach, spotting growth opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships. Your contributions will significantly influence our clients' technological advancement and the sustainable growth of our business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and profitability for your assigned portfolio.
Identify business opportunities within existing clients, expanding engagement in solutions such as software development, cloud services, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
Lead high-level negotiations, ensuring effective closures and sustainable commercial relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technology, and delivery) to ensure value propositions align with client needs.
Meticulously manage the sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring visibility and accuracy in sales forecasting.
What We Seek in You:
Profile:
Degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Engineering, or related fields.
3 to 5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales or as a Key Account Executive, preferably in the tech sector.
Experience selling solutions including software development, cloud, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and automation.
Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong negotiation, closing, and financial analysis skills.
Preferred:
Specialization in sales or technology.
MBA.
Established portfolio or network of corporate contacts.
