Your Responsibilities
- Strategise for Success: Develop and implement effective strategic account plans for your Airline & Long Stay portfolio, ensuring alignment with regional and national commercial objectives.
- Implement Vision: Drive the execution of Accor’s overarching business strategies in your segments, collaborating with all relevant stakeholders for crucial buy-in.
- Provide Key Insights: Offer valuable insights for regional planning by delivering critical market intelligence, comprehensive competitor analysis, and vital client feedback to enhance our positioning.
- Empower Hotels: Support our hotels with best practices, essential tools, and expert guidance, ensuring the consistent achievement of segment objectives and exceeding account expectations.
- Unlock New Business: Actively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts and selected prospects, expanding Accor's reach and revenue.
- Optimise Sales: Craft and implement data-driven strategies to maximize sales and distribution opportunities, ensuring effective commercial outcomes.
- Build Brand Presence: Represent Accor with excellence at key trade events, networking functions, and industry forums, enhancing brand visibility and building valuable partnerships.
