Currently seeking candidates located in central and southern Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively promote assigned products within the designated territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, and billing departments, establishing AbbVie as a professional company that delivers high-quality products, health solutions, and service.
- Achieve set sales targets.
- Participate in additional projects within the company.
- Implement marketing strategy objectives using promotional materials actively.
- Monitor competitive market activities and share insights with the team and direct supervisor.
- Actively monitor tenders in all hospitals within the working territory, based on publicly available information.
- Regularly monitor contract utilization in all hospitals within the therapeutic area, using available information and NHF reports.
- Execute the promotional budget according to the established guidelines.
- Collaborate with external clients and engage them in company projects within the region/product group.
- Co-organize promotional initiatives, workshops, conferences, and congresses in the region, while supporting central activities.
- Process documentation, information, and communication with clients.
- Prepare the Regional Business Plan and discuss it regularly with the supervisor.
- Be open to changes in structure driven by strategic requirements.
- Timely expense reporting and initiating actions in required systems according to compliance rules.
