About the Role
As a Key Account Manager at Colibrix One, you will be instrumental in fostering robust, enduring relationships with our merchants. You will collaborate across various departments and utilize your insights into client needs to drive innovation. This role is client-facing and strategic, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic fintech environment and is dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding of clients, including the collection and initial review of relevant documents
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding our products and services
- Develop sustainable relationships with customers
- Maintain and regularly update the client database
- Act as the primary point of contact for merchants, facilitating communication with finance, compliance, and operations departments
- Anticipate client needs and challenges, collaborating with the internal team to formulate action plans that drive innovation and establish best practices
