Key Responsibilities
Conducting proactive update calls approximately every four weeks with our clients in the legal sector.
Acting as the primary contact for inquiries, concerns, or feedback from clients.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Centralized reception and processing of client inquiries.
Measuring client satisfaction and implementing suitable measures.
Documenting conversation outcomes and sharing information both internally and externally.
Engaging in direct and telephone contact with clients regarding organizational matters.
