Qualifications
Your ProfileIdeally, you possess a completed (professional) degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. Alternatively, you may have a degree in a related field or comparable training, such as in banking or insurance. Several years of professional experience as a (Key) Account Manager. Proficiency in economic assessments or a strong motivation to quickly learn this field. Industry knowledge from the corporate client business of an insurance company or financial service provider is an advantage. Solid experience in sales and managing existing clients and contract portfolios. Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and a high customer orientation. Fluent in German and proficient in English to complete your profile.

Your Responsibilities in this Role
Independently execute the market and sales strategy for Information Services as part of a holistic sales approach.
Actively manage, direct, and maintain (including complaint management) the assigned business information client portfolio in the mid to large segment, focusing on profitability while leading annual discussions to meet retention rate targets.
Take responsibility for managing complex major clients both domestically and internationally.
Identify and capitalize on cross- and upselling opportunities within the client portfolio.
Maintain comprehensive information regarding existing client relationships and renewals in the Client Relationship Management system.
Calculate and create tailored offers as well as develop thorough market and risk assessments.
Coordinate and manage all customer inquiries in collaboration with relevant departments within the Coface group.
Ensure structured reporting and regular updates are maintained.
