About the job
Your Role:
As the Key Account Manager, you will take charge of managing and executing both new and ongoing sales projects for dough machines targeting industrial bakeries across Germany. Although your primary focus will be on the German market, you will also handle responsibilities in other countries as needed.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and project management while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be expected to demonstrate initiative and a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and cultivate customer relationships by developing innovative solutions tailored for the German market.
Prepare and present quotations while conducting commercial negotiations.
Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and new clients.
Collaborate effectively with local partners and agents to enhance service delivery.
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to create value for clients.
Educate customers about market conditions, product specifications, and innovations.
Represent the company at international trade fairs to promote our offerings.
Expect to travel for client visits approximately 40%-50% of the time under normal circumstances.
