Fibra is assisting Nutrisco Chile in their search for a Key Account Manager (KAM) focused on the modern retail channel, specifically working with Walmart. This role is pivotal in managing the commercial strategy for one of the most strategic clients in the supermarket sector.
The successful candidate will play a key role in business development within Walmart, overseeing multiple buyers and categories, directly impacting sales, profitability, and the growth of the company's brand portfolio.

The Challenge
The individual who joins will comprehensively lead the commercial relationship with Walmart, driving the growth of various brands in the portfolio and developing business opportunities that strengthen Nutrisco's presence in the channel.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the commercial relationship with various buyers and categories within Walmart.
- Design and implement commercial plans to enhance sales growth, market share, and profitability of the account.
- Prepare and lead annual commercial negotiations and promotional agreements.
- Analyze business indicators (sell-in, sell-out, turnover, coverage, and category performance) to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage Nutrisco's brand portfolio within the account, including San José, Flip, and other current and future lines.
- Coordinate internally with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to execute campaigns, launches, and commercial activities.
- Identify opportunities for category development, portfolio expansion, and new commercial initiatives with the client.
