Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively promote assigned products within the designated territory.
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and billing departments, reinforcing AbbVie’s reputation as a provider of high-quality products and healthcare solutions.
- Achieve set sales targets.
- Engage in additional projects within the company.
- Implement marketing strategy objectives by actively utilizing promotional materials.
- Monitor competitors’ market activities and share insights with the team and direct supervisor.
- Proactively track tenders in all hospitals within your work territory based on publicly available information.
- Regularly assess contract utilization across all hospitals in your therapeutic area using publicly available data and National Health Fund reports.
- Manage promotional budgets in accordance with established guidelines.
- Collaborate with external clients and engage them in company projects relevant to the region/product group.
- Co-organize promotional initiatives, workshops, conferences, and congresses within the region, while supporting central initiatives.
- Process documentation, information, and communication with clients.
- Prepare the Regional Business Plan and discuss it regularly with your supervisor.
- Adapt to structural changes driven by strategic requirements.
- Ensure timely expense reporting and initiate all actions in required systems in compliance with guidelines.
