Join Accor as a Key Account Manager - Procurement Services (F/H/X)
The ENA Purchasing Department is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and promoting our extensive range of products and services designed to meet nearly 100% of the purchasing needs for Accor hoteliers.
This department is undergoing a significant transformation, focused on:
- Enhancing the quality and development of our purchasing services for partners,
- Marketing our solutions effectively,
- Modernizing our communication tools.
As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Driving Business Performance - Analyzing results and monitoring performance indicators:
- Identifying uncovered categories through analysis,
- Expanding the sales pipeline,
- Updating opportunities daily on SalesForce,
- Conducting weekly/monthly reviews and reporting.
Building and Managing Relationships with qualified partners in the region:
- Visiting and maintaining relationships with high-potential partners,
- Meeting strategic owners in the region,
- Identifying low-potential units for customer service follow-up.
Increasing and Sustaining Purchasing Volume:
For Existing Partners
- Identifying additional purchasing volumes per partner (uncovered categories, projects, events, etc.),
- Preparing visits and creating conditions for partners to adopt the purchasing offer,
- Visiting establishments, proposing action plans, and executing them.
Enhancing Brand Recognition of the purchasing reference center:
- Being recognized as the purchasing expert among stakeholders,
- Participating in and contributing to operational meetings and workshops,
- Maintaining ongoing communication with all stakeholders to facilitate their purchasing-related tasks.
Ensuring Quality Service from suppliers:
- Monitoring suppliers and providing feedback to buyers,
- Offering personalized follow-up and proposing tailored purchasing solutions using referred suppliers,
- Conducting purchasing analysis and expertise to achieve qualitative and economic gains,
- Acting as a mediator in case of significant disputes with suppliers.
