- Regularly meets or surpasses monthly sales and KPI targets.
- Proactively develops new client relationships and explores innovative ways to enhance business opportunities.
- Keeps an organized client book (CRM) to standard, generating sales through appointments, consignment, and consistent follow-up communication.
- Collects and manages client data to foster connections and strengthen relationships.
- Engages in regular outreach to maintain client engagement.
- Exhibits comprehensive product knowledge and stays updated on new St. John products, market trends, and fashion insights.
- Adheres to and promotes brand values and relationship principles.
- Effectively communicates and advocates for St. John promotional initiatives, marketing tools, and events aimed at driving sales.
- Manages multiple projects and store priorities promptly and efficiently.
- Maintains professionalism in communications, teamwork, and interactions with customers, peers, and management.
- Demonstrates proper communication etiquette across all channels (in-person, phone, email, written) to foster professional relationships.
- Acts as the manager on duty as required, ensuring all business functions are supported.
- Ensures accuracy in all POS procedures and functions within company guidelines.
- Handles store opening and closing responsibilities in compliance with company standards.
- Addresses client inquiries and concerns with urgency and effectiveness.
- Collaborates with Store and Field Management, as well as other corporate partners, as necessary.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization in the store, lunchroom, stockroom, and restroom per company standards.
- Exhibits a high standard of quality in work, attendance, and personal appearance.
- Contributes to non-sales activities and loss prevention initiatives actively.
- Participates in monthly meetings and attends all scheduled store meetings.
- Assists in executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards consistent with company directives.
- Supports preparation and coordination for physical inventory in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensures compliance with company standards in all operational aspects.
