As a Key Lead, you will play a crucial role in championing our people-first philosophy, which emphasizes authenticity, integrity, inclusion, equity, and empathy. You will support the store leadership team in creating memorable experiences and ensuring a safe, equitable, and inclusive environment for both our team and customers. Your presence on the sales floor will inspire employees to reach their full potential, reflecting our core talent competencies and embodying our company values.
In this position, you will be fully integrated into both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations. Your performance will be measured by, but not limited to, the following expectations:

- Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding our product philosophy and operational excellence.
- Manage daily coverage needs and the completion of Editor Zone Charts.
- Lead team communications and uphold our operational standards.
