As a Key Lead at Hollister, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each customer enjoys a top-notch in-store experience. In this capacity, you will act as the Floor Supervisor, providing essential guidance and coaching to Brand Representatives and Stock Associates to maintain efficient store operations. As a vital member of the store leadership team, your contributions will drive store performance by enhancing customer interactions and achieving sales targets.
