Join the Koch Internship Program (KIP), a paid, 12-week experiential learning initiative developed by
Stand Together Fellowships. This program offers an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience at non-profits across the United States addressing some of the most critical issues facing our nation today. Candidates must be located within the U.S. and authorized to work throughout the program's duration.
During your internship, you will engage in significant professional experience at a partner organization while also participating in professional development activities, including a 2-day, in-person summit at Stand Together's Headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. This will be complemented by virtual programming every other Thursday from 1 to 4:00 PM ET. Interns will receive a stipend of either $7,500 for full-time (32 hours/week) or $5,500 for part-time (24 hours/week) commitments.
Our programming is designed around three key objectives:
1. Understanding the foundational principles of a free society such as individual liberty, limited government, free markets, and the rule of law;
2. Learning about the Stand Together community's
vision for change and how a principled problem-solving approach can tackle society's most pressing challenges; and
3. Exploring pathways to build a career that champions liberty and a free society.
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to interview with both our non-profit partner organizations and the Stand Together Fellowships team, so we encourage early applications!
