Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items based on the scheduled meal plans.
- Prepare vegetables, fruits, and other food items for salads and salad bar offerings.
- Maintain a hygienic and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards to ensure fresh and clean products.
- Support cooks and kitchen staff, and undertake additional tasks as required.
- Perform cleaning duties across work areas, including counters, floors, dishes, and kitchen equipment, ensuring they meet sanitary standards.
