About the job
Join the Koch Internship Program (KIP) as a Data Analysis Intern with Open The Books! This paid, 12-week experiential learning opportunity is facilitated by
Stand Together Fellowships. Engage in meaningful work at non-profits across the U.S. that are addressing some of our nation’s critical challenges. To qualify, candidates must be based in the U.S. and authorized to work here for the program's duration.
As an intern, you will acquire valuable professional experience while collaborating with a partner organization. Additionally, you will participate in professional development through a 2-day, in-person summit at Stand Together's Headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, complemented by virtual sessions occurring bi-weekly on Thursdays from 1-4 PM ET. Interns will earn a stipend of either $7,500 for full-time (32 hours/week) or $5,500 for part-time (24 hours/week) positions.
The programming emphasizes three key objectives:
1. Grasping the foundational principles of a free society, including individual liberty, limited government, free markets, and rule of law;
2. Understanding the Stand Together community's
vision for societal change and how a principled approach to problem-solving can tackle major challenges; and
3. Exploring career paths that promote liberty and a free society.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to interview with both our non-profit partners and Stand Together Fellowships staff. We encourage early applications!
Interns must be available every Thursday from 1-4 PM ET for virtual training and the in-person summit scheduled for June 3-4 at Stand Together's Headquarters in Arlington, VA.
