We seek passionate coding specialists who are well-versed in computer science principles, software engineering, data structures, algorithms, databases, systems programming, and web development. You will engage with advanced language models on a variety of topics, including object-oriented programming, Git version control, RESTful API design, debugging techniques, data pipeline development, and secure coding practices. Your role will involve documenting error modes to enhance model reasoning.
On a typical day, you will interact with the model on practical coding scenarios and theoretical computer science inquiries, ensuring factual accuracy and logical integrity, capturing reproducible error traces, and proposing enhancements to our prompt engineering and evaluation criteria.
A bachelor's degree, master's degree, or PhD in computer science or a closely related field is preferred. Professional software development experience, contributions to open-source projects, technical blog writing, or achievements in programming competitions will demonstrate your fit for this role. Proficiency in Korean and effective metacognitive communication, including “showing your work,” are essential.

We offer a competitive pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with the final rate determined based on your experience, expertise, and geographic location.
