After comprehensive training, troubleshoot a variety of issues related to Office, Windows, Outlook, internet applications, hardware, and more;
Assist in resolving customer inquiries and support issues to enhance customer satisfaction;
Manage and follow up on existing backlogs;
Adhere to project performance metrics;
Collaborate with designated teams and escalate complex challenges as needed.
