Role Overview
The L2 SOC Analyst is an integral member of Keyloop’s 24/7 Security Operations Center, tasked with conducting thorough investigations, analyses, and responses to security alerts and incidents. This position serves as the primary escalation point from L1 analysts (internal or MSP) and is responsible for validating incidents, carrying out root cause analyses, and implementing effective containment and remediation strategies.
The L2 SOC Analyst must exhibit strong technical competencies across various security technologies, contribute to the ongoing enhancement of SOC processes and detections, and support compliance and assurance initiatives. A proactive approach, along with robust analytical skills and the capacity to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, is essential for success in this role.
