Position – Your Contributions
- Provide expert analysis and resolution of incidents escalated from L2 Support, acting as a vital component of our 3rd line support.
- Diagnose application issues utilizing logs, monitoring tools, and advanced debugging techniques.
- Reproduce defects and identify root causes, whether they lie in the application, database, integrations, configurations, or user behavior.
- Implement necessary changes in subordinate systems to enhance overall functionality.
