Familiarity with wage and hour laws and PAGA claims is advantageous.Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills, coupled with strong academic credentials, are essential.The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, eager to contribute to a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, and assume responsibility for matters appropriate to their experience level.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are required to thrive within a large, collaborative team environment.Candidates must hold a valid license to practice law in California and be in good standing.
