We believe that innovation and empathy are intertwined, and by fusing cutting-edge AI technology with a steadfast commitment to human care, we can transform heart health on a large scale.Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Director of Operational Performance & Population Analytics to lead two interconnected functions: performance tracking, which assesses the effectiveness of our care programs, and population analytics, which identifies key focus areas and future developments. This role emphasizes accountability and insights rather than mere reporting or economic analysis. You will manage leading indicators, SLA tracking, quality measures, QA, and program ROI, collaborating closely with Clinical and Care Operations leadership to translate insights into actionable strategies. While Finance handles actuarial and claims data, and Informatics oversees data infrastructure, you will narrate the performance story these inputs convey and guide the organization's response.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Tracking & Operational MetricsOversee the tracking and reporting of Chamber's leading indicators, SLAs, quality measures, and operational metrics, including answer rates, engagement rates, click-through rates, productivity, and program adherence across active contracts.Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards that provide Care Ops, Clinical, and leadership with a clear, real-time overview of program performance against contractual and operational benchmarks.Collaborate with Informatics and Finance to assure your team has access to clean, reliable data — you will own the performance narrative, not the data infrastructure.Population Analytics & Program IdentificationExamine Chamber’s attributed populations across contracts to highlight clinical trends, risk concentrations, and care gaps, translating population insights into actionable strategies.
