About the Role
We are seeking a Land Program Coordinator to facilitate the operational and communication flow between our land enrollment initiatives and established partnerships. While our Enrollment Specialists initiate the connections, you will play a pivotal role in navigating landowners through the intricacies of our Carbon, Field Trial, and Soil Sampling agreements.
This position demands a combination of meticulous administrative skills and effective communication. A significant portion of your time will involve engaging directly with landowners through email and phone, addressing inquiries regarding contract terms, maintaining land partners' interest and engagement, and ensuring all parties remain aligned through to the execution phase. You will be the organized, approachable, and tenacious representative who propels our forest projects from the initial handshake to active implementation.
In This Role, You Will:
- Drive Contract Execution: Take charge of the communication loop with landowners to transition agreements from draft to finalized status.
- Landowner Support: Act as the primary contact for administrative and contract-related questions, offering clear and professional support to partners throughout the onboarding journey.
- Agreement Lifecycle Management: Draft, distribute, and monitor term sheets, carbon leases, and trial and soil sampling agreements.
