Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Surveying Engineering. You should be proficient with surveying equipment and software, and have a strong understanding of land surveying principles and practices. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for fieldwork are also required.

As a Land Survey Technician, you will play a crucial role in executing boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews. You will be responsible for conducting boundary surveys independently or under mentorship, performing construction staking across diverse industries, and creating detailed 3D models and road corridors.
