As a Laserfiche Developer at Distro, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of automated workflows, eForms, and business processes within the Laserfiche platform. This position requires a collaborative spirit, as you will work closely with various business units to analyze their needs, improve operational efficiency, and ensure that our Laserfiche solutions are secure, effective, and aligned with our organizational goals. The successful candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of Laserfiche tools and a passion for enhancing document management and automation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain Laserfiche Workflows, Business Processes, and eForms to automate and boost organizational efficiency.
• Configure process logic, routing rules, and task automation within the Laserfiche Workflow Designer.
• Integrate Laserfiche solutions with external systems and databases using database lookups, web services, and custom scripts.
• Test, debug, and deploy workflows while ensuring adherence to business and security requirements.
• Configure and manage template fields, metadata, and folder structures to facilitate efficient document management.
• Manage folder-level security, access permissions, and record retention policies to ensure data protection and compliance.
• Conduct database lookups, configure field rules, and design form logic to optimize data validation and pre-population.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving workflow or process automation challenges.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into functional Laserfiche solutions.
• Document workflow processes, data mappings, and configuration changes for internal knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Provide training to end users and offer technical support for workflows, forms, and repository usage.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Stay updated on Laserfiche updates, features, and best practices.
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new Laserfiche modules or third-party integrations.
