Key Responsibilities:
- Assist under the supervision of a Project Supervisor or Project Manager.
- Conduct intricate legal research for trial teams.
- Draft legal documents including motions, briefs, and memoranda.
- Review and analyze information for Releases of Information (ROI).
- Research new cases and pertinent legal statutes.
- Edit and update previous legal decisions, conducting thorough research as necessary.
- Prepare briefs on legal issues, theories, and fact statements for attorneys.
- Provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
- Perform cite-checking using online legal resources such as Westlaw and Lexis.
